Gan Leng Chong is a Malaysian Chartered Accountant, Licensed Tax Agent, Audit Partner and certified business advisor with over 20 years of professional experience across auditing, taxation, corporate compliance, and business advisory. She is the founder of CGL Group, a multi-award-winning public practice firm that serves clients across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe  including SMEs, family owned businesses, regional MNCs and fast growing startups.

With her unique combination of deep regulatory expertise and forward-looking advisory capabilities, Gan Leng has become a go-to advisor for companies navigating the increasingly complex compliance landscape particularly in areas of e-invoicing adoption, group-wide tax governance, and digital transformation across borders.

She was conferred the Honorary Doctor of Business Advisory & Leadership (Honoris Causa) D.BAL(h.c) - by Dunster Business School, Switzerland. She is now pursuing her academic Phd with the same institution.
